What am I?

Climin Buddies_tm is the amazing modular plant support system that requires a central support rod. Climin Buddies_tm are black and made of a strong polymer with an Ultra Violet stabilizer to resist the harsh effects of the sun, to give you many years of enjoyment in your outdoor adventures. And with a collective 18 inch diameter support area this system easily supports plants over 4 feet tall !

Incredibly easy to use: Place a block of wood on top of the included support rod and pound on the block of wood (This prevents damage to the support rod) driving the support rod into the ground 8 - 10 inches deep and 3 - 4 inches from the stem of the plant. And as the plant grows place the hole in the Climin Buddies_tm over the rod, position them as desired and let go. Gravity is all that is needed to hold them in place, it's that simple! No wires or tying necessary.

Climin Buddies_tm can do virtually everything, their unique design allows them to perform a wide range of plant support tasks in your garden or decorative plantings. Using a single support rod they're great for independent plants like tomatoes.

Or group them in a Forest arrangement ( multiple support rods set in groups utilizing many Climin Buddies to form a canopy of virtually invisible support in your decorative flower garden. The decorative hooks, and curves of the climin buddies_tm are not merely for looks, these cleverly designed features gently hold your long stem flowers while locking them in place.

Try putting them in rows at a convenient height and realize you no longer need chicken wire to provide a place for your string beans to grow. Ever grow strawberries only to find them in the sand or rotting on the ground at harvest time?

Use the row formation with multiple short support rods and arrange your Climin Buddies to form a "Platform" for your strawberries to grow on. From the strong weight bearing requirements to hold up tomato plants to the delicate task of keeping your strawberries off the ground and out of the sand. Climin Buddies_tm are incredible!! Or order Climin Buddies without the support rod and make your own custom support rod out of the same material we use. At your local hardware store just ask for 1/2 inch galvanized electrical conduit ( Note, it measures closer to 3/4 inch in diameter) and if you ask, in most cases the store clerk will gladly cut the material for you. Or if you are really ambitious, use a tubing cutter like the kind plumbers use to cut copper pipe, it works great. And you are on your way to a wonderful new and easy way to care for your garden.
